Delivery Update

Hi backers,

Hope you're having a great day. We just wanted to reach out to you and give you a quick update on where we are with the delivery process. 

750W Hub Duo:

Step-over and Step-thru: These bikes are in their final assembly process. Due to CNY, our factories overseas that manufacture the frames are closed for Feb. They return to work in the beginning of March and we're hoping for these bikes to be shipped out from Asia late March. This makes the delivery time of mid-April plaussible. 

A few of you have been curious about the final bike options and upgrade options survey. The reason we haven't sent these out yet is because we are waiting on component manufacturers like Tektro, RST, Magura and a few others to get back to us with an updated delivery timeline for our order that was placed with them. Once we know more, we will send out this survey and you'll see all the options and pictures.

750W Classic Duo (mid drive):

Step-over and Step-thru: These bikes are in the final assembly stage in our factories overseas. They were supposed to ship here beginning of Feb, so we could have them sent out to you beginning of March. However, there was a big container and logistics shortage in Asia just before CNY and the shipping is now moved to last week of Feb. We are hoping to have the survey sent out in the beginning of March and bikes shipped out in late March/Early April. 

1000W HD Duo:

We have shipped out most of the mid-drive step over HD Duos already. If you bought one but didn't get it, please email us at support@biktrix.com 
Note that this is the version with NO Torque sensor.

We will not be manufacturing a step thru version of this bike as we had less than 2% of the pledges opt for this version. We will be working with these backers to provide alternate bikes like the Ultra Duo Step thru.

1000W Ultra Duo:

Step-over: We have shipped out a lot of the step-over Ultra Duo and continue to ship them. The early delivery ones were only available in Black. Some of you waited to get a colour that's different from black. We will be sending you an email with the bike options and a new colour that we have coming in March. We have more colours coming in April. Will keep you posted.

Step-thru: We have shipped out a few hundred step-thru Ultra Duos and continue to ship them daily. The early delivery ones were only available in Black, and Blue. Some of you waited to get a colour that's different from the current colours and size. We will be sending you an email with the bike options and a new colour that we have coming in March. We have more colours coming in April. Will keep you posted.

We are working our hardest to get these bikes out to you and we will update you as we have more information.
