Still waiting for purolator to explain why they never delivered it

The box arrived in excellent condition, which you don’t see very often with heavy items. All the contents were well padded and packed. The instructions for assembly were video based online and I had watched prior to receiving my bike so I knew what to expect. I am VERY pleased with my bike and the only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the lack of paper documentation for operating the bike, battery charging, etc. Not everyone is keen on videos and sometimes finding the videos or online documentation is a pain. I would prefer a nice booklet that I can refer to and get started with. I think this would be true for the retired folks buying these bikes. I know my parents would like an e-bike but wouldn’t have a clue how to get going with no paper documentation. You have excellent products, are a big player in the e-bike industry and I think you can provide better guides for getting started.

First time ebike rider and at 60 years old I feel like a kid again ..I get out and do 30 k a day like a breeze and the pedal assist has helped with back issues ..so win win 🏆 keep the great support 👍 thanks again

I received the bike , in the first week I had problems , but Clayton called me and is going out of his way to be helpful and provide GOOD ! Customer service . He’s been helpful and made a bad situation ALOT better . I would highly recommend Biktrix customer service and help they provide . Even though I did have trouble they stepped right up to the plate with good customer service
