We purchased the new battery as our Stunner would just shut off under mild load. We purchased the new battery which arrived timely and as described, however our Biktrix Stunner still shuts off. while riding.
I sold my bike in March!
I ordered a bike model that was supposed to be shipped earlier than the one I had built!
I finally ended up receiving a call from costumer
support after sending my deposit explaining that I was not to receive my bike any sooner!
I opted for the larger battery and still haven't gone beyond 2nd gear under power. It's quite quick.

Only had the bike out a couple of times. The weather has not been great here in April. Loving the bike so far. Time will tell. climbing hills and Head winds are a thing of the past. Looking forward to Summer.
Great buying experience. Fast shipping processing.
Cranks just like original BBS02 but shorter so work way better/comfortable for shorter person. Seem to be good quality. Reduce pedal hits.
The front cargo basket is great. It is a nice size. I put a cargo net on it and I can put a lot in it. The bike light was rubbing when I was riding the bike. I moved the light from the frame/fender to the front of the basket. It has worked our very well.
Got it didn’t work out of the box updated the software still doesn’t work
Arrived quickly and in good shape. Brakes on one needed some adjusting. Stable ride at speed. The controller needs more than 3 power settings. Over all happy with the individual purchase price per bike. I would not be happy with paying current list price.
I like all the pockets that are zippered. Plenty of storage room. It was nice that they were on sale. I got the camo, they look great.
I ordered the wrong handles and was denied returning them the day it arrived. Brand new handles sitting in my garage that I have to resell. Worst customer service. Not able to give negative or even zero stars. I would rate customer service the worst I've ever had.
Nice bags. Wish they would clip into the rack. Biktrix racks are larger diameter than the usual size.
It was great
Purchasing my Challenger 2 from Biktrix has been a very positive experience. I met them at the Alberta Bike show. Their quality ebikes present themselves very well. I ordered my Challenger 2 shortly after the show. It is assembled and sitting in my heated garage waiting for some mild weather for my first ride. The ebike is beautiful and I know I will get endless compliments. And, the quality is simply awesome and I know I will get lots of use out of it. Thank you Biktrix.
The mount was perfect and shipped as promised. Glad to have it.
As promised plenty of power and the bikes fit and finish is excellent.
I’ve only ridden 200 km and have had no little surprises and I expect it will stay that way.
I only have one issue and it’s with the brakes,
It takes a far bit of effort to slow down compared to my other e-bike which only take one finger to stop the bike.
I think an upgraded brake system is needed .
Really enjoying my ride have only gotten bike in February. Riding only 5-10 km at a time. Shifts like a dream and all kinds of hill climbing power. Have the 4” tires they work well in snow and now it’s spring they handle well in soft ground. Disappointed in no Biktrix logo.
I ordered a new extended range battery from Biktrix as I’m planning for a few extended day trips this summer. Curtis quickly got my order in and I was surprised and pleased that it was on sale for $200 off the regular price. It was shipped and got here quickly with no issues. Thanks Curtis and Biktrix!
Waiting with anticipation for what's going to be a ride in heaven
Received the bike in September, and use it daily for transportation on the ranch. Never been ridden on pavement, so this is an off-road review only. It is a beast. Because of the frame/tire size you can not stay in the saddle at a stop like on a road bike (and I am 6 feet tall). I fixed this by installing a dropper seatpost and this is a mandatory modification. Because of the wide tires, the chainstays are also wide. I have completely rubbed the paint off both where my heel hits on every pedalstroke. I also had to remove the kickstand, as my heel hit it every pedalstroke and have not found a replacement that fits (size 11 shoe). Sucks to have a 100lb bike and no kickstand, but I can always lean against a tree. With the massive weight and tire size, it is unrideable without the electric assist. With it, it moves around just fine, but is not a "precision" instrument. Think more through than around when it comes to obstacles. I had several teeth rip off the the cog and took to my local Biktix dealer. He put in a warranty claim on a new cog, chain and derailuer - which were all denied by Biktrix. Had to replace both rotors and brake pads as well (this is a HEAVY bike). So far $500 in repairs. The front mudgard fell out and the nut stripped out on the plastic trying to keep the jamnut from falling out again. It is ziptied on now. The rear mudguard only works if you ziptie it to the rear rack. Otherwise, it rubs on tire. I ordered the pannier bag at same time, but it sits on the cogs, so it wore a hole all the way through on first ride. If you mount the panniers backwards, it is not as much an issue. You can buy this exact same chinese bike from several companies, so choose one with good warranties that they stand behind.
This cable is perfect. I wish everybody would make cables like this.
Would like info on how to complete ordering details, like color and any possible accessories available. And shipping dates.
