The contents of biktrix.com are provided "AS IS" and may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current (we strive for 100% accuracy but we are only human). We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to modify, change or update information(including pricing and/or product code numbers), at any time without prior notice. We may terminate your access or suspend your right to access to all or part of biktrix.com, without notice, forany conduct that we believe is in violation of any applicable law or is  harmful to the interests of our web site. We reserve the right to change. this policy at any time and will post any changes to this policy on the effective date of change. 


Canadian orders will either be shipped Fedex ground or Canada Post, unless otherwise specified or requested. Fedex cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so Canada Post will be used in these instances. Small packages might also be shipped via Canada Post instead of Fedex as Canada Post has better rates and just as fast transit times. Approximate Transit Times in Canada – 3-7 Business Days. Orders placed before 2:00pm CST will usually ship out the same business day but may take upto 3 business days processing. No internet orders will ship Saturday,Sunday or statutory holidays. Any address changes or redirections made after the order has been shipped will be subject to a $10 surcharge. We WILL NOT declare packages as gifts or with lower values.


All prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal as payment options in Canada. Canadian orders will also be charged the appropriate Canadian tax for the province it is being shipped to. 

International Orders: Prices are in US dollars. We cannot accept credit card payments for orders outside Canada and the US, as we cannot verify shipping addresses for credit card purchases. Orders made from the United States will only be accepted with a shipping address that matches the billing address. If you are a buyer in a country other than Canada or the US we accept payment by PayPal only, and ship only to your registered PayPal address. Many countries impose their own duties and taxes on items being shipped from Canada. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or any other fees charged by your country. It is against the law to falsify customs documents. We WILL NOT declare packages as gifts or with lower values.



If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange. · You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the new condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging.· Return shipping is absolutely free if we made an error with your order (eg. ship you a wrong item). If you simply change your mind and want to return the item, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs and restocking fees. Restocking fees can vary from 10-50% based on the condition the good is returned to us. If the returned product is not in the same condition it arrived at the customer's address, customer is responsible for any damage to the merchandise on its way back to us.

If the return request is made after a bike is scheduled for delivery with our shippers, there is a shipping/handling fee up to $250 that may be charged for the transaction. 

If there is an issue with the bike, we will work with you in resolving the issue. In the worst case (as deemed by Biktrix), we may offer to exchange your bike for a new one. In any case, if you decide to return a bike that has been used and has more than 20 miles on it, there will be a restocking fee charged up to @ $3/km plus any damages on the bike. The customer will also be liable for covering shipping costs to and from our warehouse in Saskatoon, Canada.

How to Start Your Product Return: Send an email to support@biktrix.com. Please include the following: full name, order number, products and reason for return. You will then receive an email with return instructions and a RMA Authorization Number. You must post this number on the outside of the box you are returning. Ship the product to: Biktrix Electric Bike Kits – ATTN: RETURNS #2, 1707 Saskatchewan Ave, Saskatoon, SK, S7K 1P7, Canada. Once the package is returned and inspected, we will either refund or exchange the merchandise according to your instructions. *We make it easy for you, but we do reserve the right to assess a 30% restocking fee if the return does not meet the return guidelines or the product is not in “new condition”. Biktrix Enterprises Inc. ( "Biktrix" ) makes the following limited Warranty:


Biktrix warrants to the original owner that this new Biktrix hybrid bicycle shall be free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase in the United States or Canada and operated under normal conditions and use. During this one-year period, Biktrix shall repair or replace, at its sole option, all parts that are found by Biktrix to be defective and subject to this limited warranty. The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of all parts. The electronic controller system is covered by a 6-month warranty, whereby accidents or consumer mistakes like shorting polarity are not covered. Warranty on the battery is for one year, or 700 charge cycles (whichever is sooner) at the end of that period, the battery is guaranteed to retain at least 70% of its original capacity.
