I am disappointed as the item is expensive and shipping across Canada was overpriced.
My biggest gripe is that after installing this, parts that were hidden and protected from the environment (controller and cables) are now fully exposed. The look is negatively affected and I worry about the long term reliability of the parts.
So, I removed it and if I could return it, I would.
I feel bad giving a bad review because otherwise, I have been happy with my eBike and more importantly, the support service of Biktrix!

These risers work well for this bike, however the seat should be a bit higher as part of the original bike design. Without sitting on the bike it is difficult to know if you need it or not. I am 5'-11" and I was told without the riser I looked like a kid on a low rider BMX bike, the web says it work for a person my height but I disagree. Also the web video is weak as far as installation instruction is concerned, steps missing, mainly, there were no paper instructions included either. I rated this product as a 4 because it works and that is most important. But you need to figure out on your own how to install it. The bike seat should be redesigned a bit with a higher seat built in already.
