    Inclusions

    This package can be purchased within 30 Days from the date of delivery or while placing the eBike order whichever is earlier. BiktrixCare+ will cover the following list of eBike parts for manufacturing defects under the respective packages. BiktrixCare+ Gold is transferable once from the original buyer to another person subject to notifying the transfer of ownership to BEB.

    *Motors

    BEB will request to ship the motor to the Service Centre if the defect is fixable. Labour and parts cost is included in the motor service at BEB’s Service Centre. If the defect is unfixable BEB will issue a refurbished replacement. Shipping charges are excluded for the motor service. For Hub-Motors the maximum liability is the cost of the motor.

    **Cancellation & Refund

    BiktrixCare+ alone cannot be cancelled or refunded once the bike has been shipped. If the bike is returned under the first 14-day return window for a refund, 100% of the amount paid for this package would be refunded. If BEB decides to sever all relations with an owner under Section 19 this package would be deemed terminated with no refund

    THE BIKE AND COMPONENTS ARE COVERED BY A LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY INSTEAD OF THE STANDARD WARRANTY TABLE

    There is a crack on the drive side frame rack mount, minor paint damage on the bike's headtube, small scratches on the seat tube and non-drive side chainstay and a covered-up scratch on the bike's downtube.

    This bike is more comfortable for 50+ mile rail trail riding than my FS mountain bike. No need for a step over since this bike is not going off road.
    The 750watt mid motor is my favorite setup.

    Great All-Purpose Bike

    The Classic Duo rocks! Despite its weight and 4” tires, this ebike is very nimble and, with nine gears on the hub, it’s easy to pedal on PAS 0 (which I did on a recent 5-mile ride.) The mid-drive motor is very torquey and zooms up any hill with ease. Where I live IS very hilly yet I rode 86 km on my first full battery charge.

    Great Product!

    Everything was delivered as promised with no damage in the box. It took be about 1 hr to put everything together and made sure everything was working correctly. I love this bike so far, I have a put about 130 miles on it in about 2 weeks. And it's getting great range with that mid drive setup.
