Lekkie 36 ring for BBSHD .

This the gear that should be supplied with an off road mountain bike. It works great on trails. Have not tried it on roads.

    Lekkie 36T Ring the BEST

I bought the Fat Tire Juggernaut June 2016. It came as strictly a street / beach bike. I ride the trails and found the tires to be lacking in grip and the existing 46T chain ring to be way too big, and heavy and didn’t provide any low gear grinding power for the trails.. I changed the tires to Schwalbe Jumbo Jim Evo which have added sufficient traction. I then went to change the Chain Ring from the big 46T to the Luna Mighty-Mini 30T Ring. It was perfect for the extra power you obtained in all the gears. However it was too tight a fit around the motor housing and the chain rubbed on the motor housing causing some serious wear problems on the chain and the motor housing. I recently obtained the Lekke 36T from Biktrix and it obviously had been tested by them. It fit perfectly and still provided sufficient power for those steep windy paths. It should be the standard on all new bikes. Well done Rasham.

    Lekkie 36T ring for BBSHD

I used this on a build this spring. It was great but the chain line was too far off, so I had to return to the stock chain ring for BBSHD, which still works OK. I hope to use the Lekkie on another bike soon.
