Several things to note on my Juggernaut for future reference:
Love the build quality and layout.
Make a mark on box to retrieve bike easily. I ended up sliding the bike out sideways after laying box down and opening narrow top. Configuring new wide seat over previous one had no instructions for removal. I live in BC where max bike wattage is 500w. I believe bike to be set for 750w still. I will reprogram controller for street use? Limit the speed. The rear derailleur was not setup properly and I have watched many YouTubes now on resetting and good future reference when done. The machine is a "beast" and looking forward to riding it. It took a while to setup all accessories however it all fit. Powerful!
I am very happy with my Monte Capro lite.im very pleased with the staff when answering all my question before I pay for.
The bikes ordered where delivered on time and wheel protected with in the box they arrived in.
We’ll build excellent quality.
Hi Curtis,
Concerning the external battery, thanks for the (now I know I can say it), « as usual » great response and service.
I received a bike with +/- slight surface damage. I documented that in the photos included in this conversation string. Of course, the main problem was that the bike was not turning on. We solved that together on Thursday evening. In the process I got to disassemble and reassemble the whole bike, specifically the engine. So now I know the bike really well.
Q. Will the fact that I worked on the bike affect the warranty in any way?
I quickly tried the bike out Friday (I went around the block twice) and it seemed to be working ok. I will do a in-depth analysis in the next few weeks and give you (and your team) a full review.
The 3 hours I spent with your bike mechanic (I’m sorry but I forgot his name) and you Thursday evening, convinced me that you are a responsible company dedicated to your clients.
This is actually better that receiving a bike with no problems because it means I can count on you guys.
Thanks again!
