Biktrix Canada Gift Cards

I sold my bike in March!
I ordered a bike model that was supposed to be shipped earlier than the one I had built!
I finally ended up receiving a call from costumer
support after sending my deposit explaining that I was not to receive my bike any sooner!

Mark from Customer Service was excellent to deal with. I’d never purchased anything from the website and when purchasing gift cards that I can’t go into a store directly a purchase I contact the business to purchase well in advance to then mail me a gift card.
Mark explained that it would be like a code my husband would use to access a virtual gift card. I was reluctant but Mark assured me it was easy to obtain and that he would do the necessary work and I would just have to click on the link he sent me to input my credit card information. Within seconds I had the link, input my credit card details and immediately I had the gift card code for online use.
It was seamless and for someone like myself that isn’t very technical, Mark was great. I would absolutely do this again. My husband loved getting it too. He’s already been looking at the Biktrix jackets.

Its a good solution when the amount on your credit card Is not enough for the price of the bike.
