I am extremely pleased with my new Juggernaut lite.
I ordered it directly from Saskatoon, the process was easy and I was treated with professional courtesy. The bike is everything that I expected, performance and price are outstanding. I highly recommend this product.

Nearly perfect for my use

First off, this is a near perfect value eBike for my use case: commuting to work rurally on grassy/ dirt trails and highway shoulders, 10km return. I am 6'4" and the large bike is barely large enough.
The battery is weaker than I expected, even after a full charge it was down to 58% after 18k of travel, dipping down to 22% while riding. I was hoping for longer range, as I had planned some longer rides. But it is adequate for the daily commute I bought it for.
In terms of value, with the BOGO sale, it was good value. I own an eBike for work that is lower price and lower end, and this slots in perfectly above that eBike at the BOGO price. I'd feel disappointed if I paid full price. But I fully recommend it on sale.
My biggest issue was the VERY long time from payment to delivery - nearly 5 months! I completely missed the riding season here. I never got any updates from BikTrix, but when I emailed they were quick to respond and explain the delays.
I really like that the Step-Over is so easy to convert to Step-Thru by removing the top bar. I converted my wife's to step-thru.
The fit and finish seemed really good. Love the little nail polish bottle of extra paint for touch-ups. I prefer the thumb-throttle on this to my other bike. I like how the power eases in. It rides pretty nice for a cadence-sensor bike. Clicking the through the power assist while pedalling works ok to adjust power while riding.
I really wish the display would show real-time wattage like my lower-end eBike at work. This seems like an oversight.
Last comment is that the 750w is a must if you have any grassy trails and hills - with the fat tires and rolling resistance, you really need the extra power assist. It has barely enough power for me, and it wouldn't be able to handle any real hills or trail riding. You'd need to go a price level and power level up I am guessing. It is nearly perfect for my use.
Also - my wife really likes her red Lite, she just wishes the seat was more comfy. We did order a better seat from BikTrix but it hasn't shipped yet.

Jag Lite

This is a good introduction to E-Bikes. Especially during BOGO.
I’m still getting used to these and how they differ from a bicycle. They seem to be straight forward and easy to use while going through gears and levels. Level 1 as all you need for flat smooth roads. Handles Okanagan’s rolling secondary roads well without struggle.
Didn’t fare as well off road trying steeper hills and I couldn’t climb them. But it’s not advertised as that.
If this use this bike as much as I want to, I might have to check out their upgraded versions.
Cosmetically, I don’t like the rough braze ons. Some might. It’s not bad. Just a preference. The paint itself is well done and the blue looks great.
I ride with the front fender off. It was easier to transport them without. I think it looks better. Fender’s I’d like flexible plastic/rubber. They are metal on these.
TIP. If you order the step over- make sure to ask for a spacer. Otherwise you can’t remove the battery.
Note: the step over and step through are the same bike frame. The cross bar is removable. (I didn’t find this clear when ordering)

Adventure has no boundaries now!

We just received two bikes a couple weeks ago and already we are loving them. We have taken them camping and have found no trails that we cannot go on. We even get to take our dog along with us now and she absolutely loves it, as do we. I highly recommend these bikes.
