How do I purchase BiktrixCare+?

You can purchase a BiktrixCare+ Plan at the time of buying your eBike from the list of customization options. However, if you decide to buy a plan after receiving the eBike please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Can I return BiktrixCare+?

The plan alone cannot be cancelled or refunded once the bike has been shipped. If the bike is returned within the first 14-day return window, 100% of the amount paid for the plan would be refunded. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after 14 days of delivery.

How do I know which product has BiktrixCare+?

BiktrixCare+ is available for purchase with all eBikes sold through Biktrix websites, exclusive showrooms and authorized dealerships.

What is all covered with BiktrixCare+?

Is BiktrixCare+ transferable?

Only the BiktrixCare+ Gold plan is transferable once from the original buyer to another person (subject to Biktrix Electric Bikes being notified about the transfer of ownership).

What happens if I return an eBike for an exchange?

If you decide to exchange your eBike within the first 14 days of delivery we will transfer the plan to your new purchase.

When does BiktrixCare+ begin?

The extended warranty starts the day following the end of the standard warranty.

How do I activate my BiktrixCare+ Plan?
