First of all I’m not real sure what you mean by custom/consumable item…
All l ordered was a brake bleed kit and you couldn’t just put it in the mail…instead I had a lengthy ordeal with someone re. the courier shipping..
To me that is stupid
My current phone # was given to the lady I talked to re. the shipping but she used an old # so consequently the courier service couldn’t get in contact with me so my parcel sat in there office for close to 10 days……
Blows my mind how something as simple as putting a little parcel in the mail can end up so ridiculously stupid
Could have been put in the mail for probably $10 but no had to pay $25 to a courier which is also real friggin stupid…
So…..my rating with biktrix at the moment is very very low
So you all have a good one and hopefully next time around my experience will be much better
