I recently bought the Juggernaut Ultra Dup 3 and absolutely love it. This is the second e bike I have owned and before buying this one I researched them thoroughly to see what my dream bike would be comprised of. It turns out the Juggernaut is that dream bike. It is the total package with its torque, range, appearance, and quality. Biktrix had the bike in the hands of Fed Ex by the next afternoon after ordering and 4.5 days later I was riding the bike. The install video was excellent and there is a comprehensive library of other maintenance videos to access. I highly recommend Biktrix and in particular the Juggernaut based on my initial impressions.

Only rode it three times, less than 100 kms total and there is a rear brake issue. Sent pictures and information to service, was directed to take it to a local bile shop. Waiting for them to diagnose and correct issue. Not happy with that.
