Magura brake upgrade

When rotor was damaged they sent me a no name replacement rotor. This arrived also damaged. I contacted them again to let them know about this and to let them know about the fact that I paid for Magura and I got a no name brand. I then received 2 more no name rotors. So I am disappointed that I have not gotten what I pains for!

Hi Michael, the brake upgrade that we charge for is for the brake calliper and lever set. It doesn’t include rotor. You can see our brake description here: https://www.biktrix.com/products/magura-mt5e-with-bafang-higo-connectors?variant=31793520508999

We mailed you replacement rotors for goodwill but we don’t promise them to be Magura rotors anywhere. The rotors are Magura compatible though.

Awesome brakes

I love these brakes. They bedded in very nice, no squeaking or chatter. A must have for these heavier bicycles.

Tektro Brakes def worth it.

Tektro came from the moped industry, these are a great upgrade and certainly worth the $. These are heavy bikes, heavy duty brakes are a good idea.

Emerald Green Mountain climbing beasty. Front fender should, but doesn’t fit. The front wheel nut assembly is “sketchy.” Not beefy enough for tire size and weight of the bike. Remember; you asked.
