Official rules

WIN YOUR ORDER BACK CONTEST (the "Contest")

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Eligible e-bike orders earn additional tickets as described in Rule 4(a), and anyone may enter without a purchase once per day as described in Rule 4(b).

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by Biktrix Enterprises Inc., 123 Auditorium Ave, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7M 5S8 (the "Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its dealers, agencies and affiliates, and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouses) and households, are not eligible.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on November 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on November 30, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

4. How to Enter

(a) Purchase Entry. Place an order for an eligible e-bike on biktrix.ca or at a Biktrix showroom in Canada during the Contest Period. Eligible e-bikes are the models listed on the Early Black Friday sale page on biktrix.ca during the Contest Period. Each eligible e-bike order is automatically entered, provided the purchaser's name and email address are on the order, and earns tickets according to the date the order is placed:

(b) No Purchase Entry. Complete the free entry form on the Early Black Friday sale page on biktrix.ca with your full name, email address and province or territory of residence. Each completed No Purchase Entry earns one (1) ticket. Marketing consent is not required to enter.

5. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) No Purchase Entry per person and per email address per calendar day (PT) during the Contest Period. Purchase Entries are not limited, but each eligible e-bike earns tickets only once. Purchasers may also submit No Purchase Entries. Entries made by automated, scripted or bulk means, or using multiple or false identities or email addresses, are void.

6. Ticket Validity

All tickets, whether earned by purchase or by No Purchase Entry, have an equal chance of being selected. Tickets from an order that is cancelled, returned, refunded or charged back before the draw are void. Incomplete, late, illegible or non-compliant entries are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost or delayed for any reason.

7. Prize

One (1) prize is available to be won. The prize depends on how the winning ticket was earned:

(a) Purchase Entry ticket: a refund of the total amount paid for the winning order, including the eligible e-bike, accessories, add-ons, shipping and applicable taxes, up to a maximum of CA$5,000, returned to the original payment method. Financing interest and fees are not included. The winner keeps the e-bike and everything else on the order.

(b) No Purchase Entry ticket: a CA$250 Biktrix gift card, redeemable on biktrix.ca and at Biktrix showrooms in Canada, with no cash value and no expiry date.

Approximate retail value: up to CA$5,000 (purchase ticket) or CA$250 (no-purchase ticket). The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for cash, except at the Sponsor's discretion.

8. Draw

On December 7, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PT, at the Sponsor's offices, one (1) ticket will be selected by random draw from all eligible tickets received during the Contest Period. The winning ticket number is generated by an independent random number generator, and the draw is recorded and witnessed.

9. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets received during the Contest Period.

10. Winner Notification and Skill-Testing Question

The selected entrant will be contacted by email (and by phone, if a number is on file) within 3 business days of the draw and must respond within 5 business days. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

1. Correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, administered by phone or video call; and
2. Sign and return a Declaration and Release form within 5 business days of receiving it.

If the selected entrant cannot be reached, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, does not return the signed form on time, or is found ineligible, they forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may then draw an alternate ticket from the remaining eligible tickets, up to 3 times.

11. Returns and Cancellations

If the winning ticket was earned by a purchase, the refund is paid within 10 business days after the later of (a) the winner meeting the requirements in Rule 10 and (b) the end of the Sponsor's 14-day return period for the winning order, which runs from the order's delivery or pickup date. If the winning order is cancelled, returned, refunded or charged back before the prize is paid, the prize is forfeited and the Sponsor may draw an alternate ticket under Rule 10. The Sponsor's standard return, warranty and price-match policies continue to apply to all orders and are not affected by the Contest.

12. Release

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The winner releases the Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc. and their respective affiliates, employees and agents from any liability for losses, damages or injuries arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of the prize.

13. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor using their name, city and province, and statement about the Contest, in announcements without further compensation, where permitted by law.

14. Personal Information and Consent

Personal information collected for the Contest is used to administer the Contest, contact the selected entrant and award the prize, in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at biktrix.ca/policies/privacy-policy. Entering the Contest is not consent to receive marketing messages. Entrants may separately opt in to Biktrix marketing emails or texts, and may unsubscribe at any time.

15. Social Media

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta from all liability. Sharing, tagging or following is not required to enter and does not earn tickets.

16. Changes and Cancellation

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its control affects the integrity of the Contest. Any change will be posted on this page. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

17. Governing Law and Language

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. It is void where prohibited by law. These Official Rules are published in English only.
