Orders placed during The -30° Sale will ship between March 15–April 1, depending on your location and weather conditions. We'll contact you to schedule delivery when your bike is ready to ship. You'll have it in time for the first day of spring riding.
Yes! We offer financing through Fairstone or Affirm. You can split your purchase into easy monthly payments. For example, the Stunner Go at $1,499 could be as low as $67/month over 24 months (subject to credit approval).
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us and we'll arrange a return. The bike must be in like-new condition with less than 50km on the odometer. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we'll help you get a discounted shipping label.
Absolutely. You get our full 2-year comprehensive warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery. Sale price doesn't mean less coverage—it just means you were smart enough to buy in winter.
