Is the bike actually discounted, or just the accessories?
The bike is at its regular MSRP. The $522 of accessories are added free — they're not packaged into a higher bike price, and we won't pretend they are. Same bike, same price, free kit in the box. The only thing we're "selling" is the urgency to stop putting it off.
Why does the sale end May 10?
Because the math only works as a hard ten-day window. If we ran this all year, "I'll start next month" would still be a viable answer — and that's the exact thinking we built May Days to break. Ten days is long enough to make a real decision and short enough that you can't push it off. After May 10, the bundle ends and accessories go back to being sold separately at full price.
What if a bike sells out before May 10?
Then the bundle on that specific model ends early — the other two stay on. Inventory on these three models is finite. When a model is gone, it's gone at this configuration, and we can't promise we'll be running a bundle like this again before the riding season ends.
Do I have to "claim" the bundle, or is it automatic?
Automatic. Add any of the three bikes (Kutty X3, Stunner LT 8, Swift X2) to your cart between May 1 and May 10 and the bundle ships in the box. No code, no popup, no email-list dance.
Can I swap the bundle items for different accessories?
Sorry, no. The bundle is a fixed kit — that's the only way the math works for us. If you want a different accessory configuration, you can buy it from our shop at regular price and skip the bundle event entirely. Most customers find the four bundled items are exactly what they would have ordered anyway.
What's the deal with Biktrix Care?
Biktrix Care is our extended coverage plan — adds 2 extra years on top of the standard 2-year factory warranty, for 4 full years of total coverage on motor, battery, controller, and display. Normally $349. During May Days it's included in the bundle. Service is handled out of our Saskatoon shop by techs who actually know our bikes.
What if I want to return the bike — do I keep the accessories?
Our 30-day return policy is straight: return the bike, get your money back, we pay return shipping. You keep the accessories. They're yours to use on whatever you ride next, ours or otherwise. We don't think you'll send it back, but we want you to know the offer is real either way.
