The quality of the aluminum holder is good, it’s not the cheap plastic often associated with these types of products. The issue is that the clamp does not securely attach to the standard handle bars of the Juggernaut Duo. We had two bikes delivered for pickup to the Vancouver Biktrix showroom, where all accessories were installed for us. The technician couldn’t find a way to secure the holder, and the grip stickers would not hold in place due to the taper in the handlebars, so he added thicker rubber grips to the clamps. However, by the time we got home one had already come loose and almost falling off. I had to replace the rubber clamp grips with rubber strips wrapped around the handlebar for it to stay secure in place, but the only place the cell phone holder will hold securely is when installed right up against the handle bar stem. This puts it directly above the electronics display, leaving little room to adjust either as they tend to get in each other’s way. There needs to be a better option for a cell phone holder, or at the very least a better clamping mechanism.
Fits well, secure. Easy to use
Seem very well built, easy to install and has gripped phone well but even when phone not mounted it’s clunky in space it uses and in appearance
The construction on this cell phone mount is pretty solid. The narrow mounting arm allows you to get it into tight spots, however, the extension could be about 1"-2" longer so it's not interfering with the center-mount display on the Juggernaut Classic Duo.
I was able to reposition the display slightly so that it all fit nicely, but things are pretty close together. In my setup I have a GoPro mount on the left side and the new cell phone mount on the right side of the display.
My iPhone doesn't seem to fit snugly in the grooves when the flip case is on, but it's tight when it's just the phone. If it was a thin case, you'd likely be able to get the phone in there with the case on it.
Nothing wrong with the mount itself - it's very solid, but the design limits the mounting location options if your handlebar real estate is limited.
Would recommend, but with the above caveats.
My first ride out I didn't install the rubber grippers for this mount and my phone flopped over. Once I got home I installed the rubber grippers, but as I tighten up the clamp they squeeze out. I haven't figured out a solution to this yet, but I love the way it holds my iPhone 13 with the case on.
