Sooo happy with this bike Power is perfect, lighter than my juggernaut ultra, looks amazing Thanks Biktrix
I've had this bike since November and spent over 1200$ in repairs. When I first got it the battery cover was held on with a velcro strap I should of taken that as a sign. It's made with a bunch of cheap Chinese parts, the motor is bound to fail soon, the local shop had to open it up to switch the dumb shifter sensor(doest work at all) he said all the wires are exposed and the cover doesn't seal. Terrible customer service, the don't even have replacement parts and will just tell you to look somewhere else. They also like giving empty promises, which is just annoying don't offer me free stuff that I don't need to make up for parts breaking. Watch out for parts like the hubs being a random brand that no one's ever heard of and they break right away. Bike shops usually turn down working on it cause they think they bike is a piece of junk. Which it is. And the worst part is I can't even sell it cause no one's heard of bik trix, what a dumb name also. I wish I got a giant trance e + for cheaper and better bike, service, and resale. I bet this company isn't around in 2 years.
Extremely good value! Great fit and finish. Customer service of Biktix is excellent and in this day and age where it is hard to find companies who pick up the phone and not rely solely on Chatbots is refreshing.
I've owned a Juggernaut Ultra FS for a while and love the bike. I saw Biktrix's end of year discounts and decided ot add a Monte Capro Lite. I have less that 100 miles on the MC Lite, but so far I am extreamly pleased. I have been riding on 4" tires for so long that riding this bike with it's knobby 3" tires is like suddenly having power steering. And the suspension really smooths out the bumps and tree roots on my ride. The bike is gorgous standing still and so much fun to ride,
Overall pretty good, but quite heavy and I would prefer the thinner MTB tires like 2.1”.
