I bought two of these for two builds with Dorado 440L (390mm - short) batteries. Both plates were a couple of mm too short for the battery to lock in. Tried it with the key turned to make it easier, took photos & video & sent to Biktrix of my battery with ruler for reference showing that it was the correct battery, and the issue was not resolved. I definitely have the Dorado 390mm batteries that are supposed to fit. (One's an extended range 20ah version from a different vendor) but no amount of finessing or brute forcing does it with either. What I had to do with both mount plates is remove the plastic butt-end of the mount and grind about 3 mm off to lengthen the space for the battery to fit. It works correctly now. I wouldn't have bought the second one, but it's the only thing out there that gets the job done, albeit with modification required. Just wanted folks to know that at least with the short 390mm battery version you will likely need to mod the mount plate to get it to work.
