Three months delay shipment

I place an order for two bicycle swift lite 3 on June 28, 2024 and paid through biktrix website online. I called biktrix customer support service and promised the shipment arriving on late August. I called multiple times and asked status of shipment. The customer service support said that the bicycle order came from China. It took longer. As I know that the shipment of any goods the longest time took only 1 month shipment from China to Canada. My order shipment arrived exactly on Septembre 27, 2024. It exactly three months shipment period and arrived at my home. I am very disappointed with declining shipment services to my home address in western Canada. This is very unpleasant services and delayed shipment for three months. Biktrix must improve the shipment and customer support services. I am not happy overall.

Swift Lite 3 step through

really liking the bike but assembly was a bit difficult as the video does not depict what you actually get. looking for tape that does not exist. Also would help if the zip ties were a different colour than the electronic component of the bike, and if there was information to turn the front frame arround befor attaching the handlebars. otherwise it was great!
