We’ve faced challenges recently, notably the theft of a shipment which we’ve previously communicated. However, thanks to your support and understanding, we’ve made significant strides, and we’re eager to share some updates with you. We know these bikes are worth the wait and will bring unforgettable memories for years to come.
Your Upgraded Bike Looks Amazing!
We are thrilled with the improvements made to the Juggernaut FS ST bikes—they look absolutely stunning!
Here are a few highlights that we're particularly proud of:
- Enhanced Motor: The new Ultra motor is not only more powerful but also smoother and incredibly responsive compared to the Truckrun motor. This upgrade ensures a superior riding experience.
- Improved Fender Attachment: We’ve made significant improvements to how the front fender attaches, ensuring it looks great and functions perfectly.
- GPS Tracker: We’re finalizing the GPS tracker solution to enhance the security of your bike, and it will be ready by the time the bikes ship. As a backup plan due to some technical challenges, we are looking at including Apple Air Tags installed on the bike.
Production and Shipping Timelines
We're currently waiting on the arrival of the headlights and taillights, crucial components that are expected soon. Our shipping timeline is as follows:
- On the Water: The bikes are expected to be shipped by June 21 and should arrive in Vancouver around July 10. We are watching these dates like a hawk and will push as much as we can to get them here ASAP.
- Delivery: We anticipate shipping stock colors the week of July 20 and all bikes by the end of July.
Commitment to Our Customers
Despite the spike in sea shipment costs due to upcoming US tariffs, we are committed to maintaining the promised price for your bike. You will not be affected by the increased shipping costs or tariffs. This is our pledge to you, in gratitude for your loyalty.
The investigation into the stolen bikes is ongoing, and while it is set to be a lengthy process, we are committed to navigating these complexities diligently. Rest assured, Biktrix will come out stronger on the other side of this adversity.
