Suspension seatposts offer great riding comfort as they absorb many of the imperfections on the road/trail. However, using a suspension seatpost will raise the minimum seat height and may not work for riders that require the seat to be in its lowest position.

SR Suntour NCX/Thudbuster ST raises the minimum seat height approximately 3 inches.

Thudbuster LT raises the minimum seat height approximately 6 inches.

Inclusions

This package can be purchased within 30 Days from the date of delivery or while placing the eBike order whichever is earlier. BiktrixCare+ will cover the following list of eBike parts for manufacturing defects under the respective packages. BiktrixCare+ Gold is transferable once from the original buyer to another person subject to notifying the transfer of ownership to BEB.

*Motors

BEB will request to ship the motor to the Service Centre if the defect is fixable. Labour and parts cost is included in the motor service at BEB’s Service Centre. If the defect is unfixable BEB will issue a refurbished replacement. Shipping charges are excluded for the motor service. For Hub-Motors the maximum liability is the cost of the motor.

**Cancellation & Refund

BiktrixCare+ alone cannot be cancelled or refunded once the bike has been shipped. If the bike is returned under the first 14-day return window for a refund, 100% of the amount paid for this package would be refunded. If BEB decides to sever all relations with an owner under Section 19 this package would be deemed terminated with no refund

The anxiety associated with potentially losing your eBike is daunting. That’s why Biktrix is introducing TheftCare+, our new protection plan that replaces your stolen eBike in the event of theft. For Four years, enjoy worry free protection against Theft and Loss.

Submission is easy and only 3 steps!
  1. Record proof of theft (you must have secured it via lock)
  2. File a police report and give Biktrix access to the report.
  3. Report the incident to Biktrix within 7 days of theft (Serial number, proof of purchase, etc.)

That’s it! Once our staff have verified relevant information, we’ll replace your bike with the same or with equivalent value.
