Pleasantly surprised how powerful the bike is.

I’ve only taken my bike out three times, so far so good. The bike has a lot of power so I tend to drive it in level one or two and use the torque when I need it. Extremely big hills where I live and I couldn’t believe how quick it was to get home. I still have four bars left and put on 40 km.

Best Commuter/Small Utility Cargo Bike Ever!

I’ve been riding this bike through the Canadian winter everyday for 4 months. The smaller 20” x 4” wheels combined with 750w motor give this bike incredible torque and safety during rush hour. Its top speed is 32km/hr even when unlocked. But thats more than enough for me. The torque makes this more fun than larger wheel sizes, booting around town and carrying heavy grocery loads with ease. Additionally, the small size allows me to easily fit in elevators even fully loaded. This is Canada’s answer to the Rad Runner series, only way better.

E-bike doesn’t work

Brand new Juggernaut Hub Duo Small (3 weeks old) and the pedal assist and throttle completely stopped working while riding around town. Stay tuned to see how Biktrix handles this 🍋. At this point don’t even want to give 1 star when the brand new bike doesn’t even work.

Love my new hub duo small

This is our third Biktrix e bike as we purchased two hub duo’s last year one for our daughter and then my husband got one. They love the bikes and the bikes have never had an issue so far. I am a little shorter than my daughter and although I liked riding her hub duo I found it a little big for me so I decided to get the hub duo small. I’m so glad I went with the small version as I find it more enjoyable to ride and I feel more comfortable. I would recommend a Biktrix e bike to anyone considering buying an e bike. Powerful Do-It-All Bike

The Juggernaut Hub Duo has power when you need it for city riding, the torque sensor makes it feel like riding a bike, and the massive tires let you take it on trails for some off-road fun whenever you want (they also make the ride very comfortable). I haven't even had to use the second range extender battery because the original has given me plenty of range, but the option to bring it along is great to rely on whenever necessary. The step through is a must for city riding, especially here in downtown Vancouver. It makes stoping and going much more comfortable.

Overall it's huge, fast, and reliable. Putting tons of attachments all over it is starting to make it feel more like a motor bike than an ebike. Highly recommend.
