Swift ST

Absolutely loving it !

The Swift X is a great looking bike in red. The controls look sleek and fit well with the internally routed lines. I love riding this bike compared to my previously converted ebike. The hub motor does surprisingly well against my previous bbshd build and it looks so much better. I was disappointed though to receive this bike with a very wobbly front tire and after removing the front tire tread I realized the wobble originated from an incorrectly built wheel. Since I live a decent distance from the nearest Biktrix storefront I seemingly was on my own to fix. 3 hours later and after purchasing a spoke tension meter and a tension adjustment tool I was able to retention the wheel spokes (some spokes were half of the tension of the others!!!) and correct the wobbly wheel. Aside from this quality control issue the rear brake rotor was bent slightly out of the box and had to be readjusted after the first ride as it was severely rubbing against the break pads when the motor was under load making a horrible screeching sound. This is a great bike but beware of quality control issues.

I ask specifically if the seat was comfortable. I was told absolutely. It’s very hard on the buttocks. Wish I had gotten the more powerful battery so it would go faster. Buddy passed me on a stand up scooter 🛴

I got on Canadian day sale. Happy fast 30 minutes in and out with a new bike. Got a new battery instructions. Show me the sceen setting too.

Still unable to ride because I did not receive my battery. Still waiting for it.At the moment not happy with delivery or customer service. Hope the bikes will ride well. Ordered them in March, still not riding. 😡
