Juggernaut Ultra FS Pro 2

This bike has far exceeded my expectations for an electric mountain bike. Yes, it is heavy, but it is so powerful that the weight honestly does not matter much once you are riding it. It feels rugged, capable, and strong enough to handle almost anything I throw at it.
I have ridden it through everything from -30°C winter conditions to mud, snow, sand, water, and rough terrain, and it has handled it all flawlessly without hiccups. The Ultra motor has an incredible amount of torque, and the bike feels like a tank in the best way possible.
That said, there are negatives with anything. The main weak point on this bike, in my opinion, is the rear hub. The stock Quanta pawl-style hub is not ideal for the torque of the Bafang Ultra motor. Mine suddenly grenaded and left me stranded, so I strongly recommend upgrading to a star ratchet rear hub if you ride hard or use the motor’s torque aggressively.
The second thing I would recommend is not really a Biktrix design issue, but more related to the Bafang Ultra motor itself. For maximum longevity, I believe many Ultra motors come under-greased from the factory. I regreased mine with Mobilgrease 28 aircraft grease at around 500 km, and I am very glad I did because mine appeared under-greased. I believe this maintenance can greatly improve the motor’s lifespan.
If you own this bike, I also recommend having a few proper tools: a torque wrench for correct torque specs, the Ultra motor chainring removal/installation tool, crank removal tools, and basic bike tools. I relube my chain about every 100 km, and I use medium-strength Loctite on most bolts where appropriate.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the bike. Between the performance, durability, power, and Biktrix support, I honestly believe this is one of the best e-bikes you can buy. Biktrix support has been a big part of why I am giving this bike 5 out of 5 stars. Compared to other e-bike companies on the market, I believe Biktrix stands out.

I've had emtbs and regular fatbikes
To have a E fatbike is a next level in snow! So nice to have the assistance and flotation to get through softer trails.
The bike is heavy but not that noticeable , until you lift it into your vehicle.
Handling- good, I upgraded the headset to steepen the head angle Because it's kind of slack.
Suspension- better than I thought it would be.The front fork actually works well could, use thinner oil for the winter.
Brakes- i upgraded to 4 piston
Which took the brake safety wires off, also disconnected shift sensor (not cool when motor cuts out when shifting )
Up graded to dropper post
Changed the bars for something wider
The battery is 900wh but the range is comparable to maybe to 600wh, I get 35 to 50km offroad
I bought studded tires and have wider rims on order.
Most of these things are not a deal breaker , but just nice upgrades.

This bike is awesome! The whole thing seems to be made very well and with good quality parts. I bought this bike mainly for the power of the motor, because I am towing my special needs son in a trailer with a total weight of about 150lbs. This bike is amazing! I have gone on a few rides now and have gone up steep, long hills with no problem whatsoever! It's like riding on flat ground even on the biggest hills, and doesn't max out the power output. The battery seems to last a long time as well. After about a 30min ride on PAS 3 and going up about 8 decent sized hills while towing my son, the battery only dropped by 2%. The suspension feels like you're gliding on air, which I guess you sort of are seeing as the front and rear both use air-shocks...(You will need a special shock pump to adjust these...a standard bicycle pump can't achieve the high pressure needed)

I am 6' tall and bought a 19" frame which seems to be the right size. It's a bit confusing because the 19" frame says it's a Large frame on the website, but the frame says Medium when you actually get the bike. If you're unsure of what frame size to get I would suggest going with the bigger of whatever 2 options you are looking at, because the frames seem to fit a little bit small. (This is the opposite of what their website recommends, but I find that the seat has to be quite high for me and I can still put my feet comfortably on the ground)

There are only a couple of downsides that I can see so far but they are minor things. First, the motor is a little bit noisy, but that's to be expected from this amount of power output. The other thing is that there is no indicator on the shifter of which gear you're in, so you need to keep track of that yourself. Being a mid drive bike, make sure you are using your gears correctly and starting in an easy gear so that you don't put excessive strain on the motor.

I would highly recommend this bike!

This Full Suspension mid-drive MTB Ebike is incredible. Great ride with lots of torque to climb hills. The hydraulic breaks are solid. They can stop the bike quickly if needed. I have had the bike for a couple of weeks and I am thoroughly impressed. Great purchase. Their sales and customer service support is very good. 👍

It's not easy to give a review with a brand-new bike with only just over 100 miles on it. Buying a new bike this time of year here in the NW of the United States we don't get to ride much being the weather sucks your soul more than you can ride. I find the quality and finish of the bike is very good. Very solid in every way. It's a bit slow in the first 2 PAS modes for my comfort. But understanding how much volts it uses, or let's say how much it doesn't use on the batteries is a plus. But a bit slow. If you put the bike in PAS 3 and above it does fine with keeping pace with others. I'm 5'8 tall. I got the smaller frame bike 17 I think is what it is. I have to raise the seat fairly high for my legs to be comfortable riding. So, it makes me feel like I'm kind of high over the bike. I'm sure over time that should calm down for me. I like the bright yellow color I choose for the frame. The black accent help with the overall look of the bike. The A bar was to flat for my liking. I gave it to a sibling to put on his bike. I bought the real Jones Bike H bar with a 2.5 lift. It feels a lot better on my shoulders. I'm getting use to the Wrem front forks and the Wren rear hub. I got help from Tej with programing my Ultra motor. I thank him very much for his help. The small change in programing I think will help the bike overall feel and keep me wanting to ride the bike more than the other 3 ebikes I own. I would like an invite to review the bike maybe this time next year. And see how many miles I get to put on it by then. Overall, I would recommend buying this bike if you want a large hunting frame bike that is very comfortable with full suspension and is powerful in higher PAS. But with city street manors. I went with the 26x4 inch fat tires. for riding in nearly all conditions. It will with ease.
